The K-10413 Forté Kitchen Faucet boasts transitional style, fluid lines, and reliable performance. The beautifully crafted handle of Forté provides comfortable hand control, and the faucet's integrated cast body and spout make it easy to keep clean. Available with an escutcheon and side spray for single-hole or three-hole installations, the Forté is perfect for roomy single and double-basin sinks.
Single Lever for Convenience
The K-10413 Forté Faucet's single lever makes it easy to operate: simply flip up the lever to turn on the water and move the lever left to right to find the desired temperature. Once you find the right temperature, leave the lever in place and turn the faucet on and off as needed. A high-temperature control lets you preset a maximum setting to eliminate scalding.
Matching Side Spray Increases Functionality
With a matching finish, the easy-to-use side spray is conveniently located next to the faucet in the escutcheon. Ideal for cleaning and rinsing large pots and pans, the side spray also helps to reach the corners of the sink for cleaning and wiping down surfaces. Installation and Technical Details
Installation is fast and easy with 22-inch flexible supply hoses and an easy-to-tighten bracket system that secures the faucet to the sink. The K-10413 Forté Faucet features an ADA-compliant lever handle and a matching side spray for cleaning and rinsing pots. The spout reach is 9-1/16 inches, and the faucet clears 6-1/8 inches. The K-10413 Forté has a maximum flow rate of 2.2 gallons (8.3 liters) per minute with a low-flow aerator option available.

excellent : KOHLER K-10413-CP Forte Single Control Kitchen Sink Faucet, Polished Chrome
I purchased this at a big box store, wished I'd looked here first because of price. I found it easy to install in my situation and the faucet looked and worked very nice. It performed great for about two years, then it started having a small leak at the handle. I let it leak for a while and finally took the handle off and found that it had a replaceable cartridge that was fairly easy to replace with a genuine Kohler part. I ordered the replacement, it cost $25.62 with S/H. When it arrived it took less than 20 minutes to replace from turning the water off to back on. It worked great again, I really do like this faucet, when it's working correctly.
However, six months later the replacement cartridge is leaking again, much more than the original did. I'm not happy.

I've left a message with Kohler Customer Service and am awaiting their return call/email. I'll edit this review when I get this sorted out, or a new faucet.
I would have rated it higher if I had not had this problem.

Edit: Kohler responded quickly and suggested my issue was with the rubber 'O' rings in the handle.
They sent me an complete rebuild kit free of charge and I did the work myself.
It was fairly easy work and when finished the leaking handle did not leak.
You just turn the water off under the sink and repair in place, no need to remove the unit from the sink.
It once again works as new.
What happens is that over time the lubricating grease mixes with dirt/grime and doesn't allow the 'O' rings to seal.
Part of my repair was thoroughly cleaning the inner brass parts of this faucet.
Then installed new 'O' rings and clips, re-lubed all with a special waterproof teflon-type grease from the repair kit.
Thanks to Kohler for the good Customer Service.
I did need to add Loc-tite Thread locker to the threads of the Allen screw in the handle to keep it snug.
